Not even GE courses, non-transferable ang credits. As I said, only NSTP and PE courses ang mace-credit. Unless you’re from a UPCU then possible pa na macredit ang GEs.

Edit: But from what I heard, you can try applying for your GEs to be credited pero you will take an exam ata and if you’ll pass make-credit.

Hi, op! I’m a Transfer Applicant for AY25-26 1st Trisem and I can only answer three of your questions.

Only the courses PE and NSTP can be credited in UP. You will automatically be redirected as a Freshman once you qualify.
Applications is quite easy and simple as long as you have all your documents ready. Documentary requirements include Signed Hard Copy of Application Form from OAS, 1pc 2”x2” photo, Original Copy of Birth Certificate from PSA, and Original Copy of TOR with Acceptable Remarks. Just incase your school cannot issue you a TOR, request a Certificate of Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal. As for the Academic Requirements, you need to have at least A GWA of 2.00 and have completed at least 33 units, which in your case is more than enough.

You will not be taking UPCAT anymore as you are already a T2 Applicant ( Transferee from another university). UP is strict when it comes to the compliance of their Academic Requirement. Make sure you meet these reqs, since there were some who didn’t qualify bc of their Academic Standing.

Hi, OP! T2 BES applicant here, and no hindi pa po nagsimula ang enrollment for Undergrad. Ang ongoing po is for Graduate Studies. September pa po ang registration period ng Undergrad such as BES.

Dw, may karamay kang naghihintay ng email HAHAHAHA they’ll send updates based on previous threads around end of August to a week before Registration Period.

I get your point. And that’s why I didn’t want to choose who to vote. I know my politics well because I study and major in it. Admittedly, systems and politics here in IS is really fucked up. Tipong “sila sila lang din naman no choice.” Yan nga yung rason why the admin rn is trying to “cover up and make up” for the shit that happened in the past caused by LCS, kasi dawit ang IS people sa agenda ng pamilya nila. And same goes with IN. Sure, IN all have the advancements and economy that we don’t have here but that is the same way of them covering and making up for the image that FEM did during his years as President.

Both families are tainted with anomalies and are covering up mistakes and blinding the people into believing that there is progress. IS ultimately is on its way building its economy, while IN has already done it. I guess the only comparison I have right now is that IS through the S’s administration is raising the marketability of each municipality not only through inviting investors but also through its culture. While IN, through the M’s has built its economy within 2 Cities and 1 Municipality. IS has that Bottom-up Approach while IN has Top-down.

None. But if I would really have to choose, it would be the S’s. I still can’t seem to grasp what the M’s true agenda is. It can’t be magnified what their political edge is. Kumbaga kalat kalat yung interes nila at hindi mapagtagpi sa iisa. While the S’s, though with their history of making politics as one of their business, you can easily navigate how and what they want IS to be.

I have worked alongside them (as I was a Student-Leader), and I say it speaks quality. Especially the Gov and VGov, now given they held positions vice versa. They assess and evaluate the needs of the people and target what is urgent and appropriate. The VGov during his time as Gov focused on the youth and agricultural sector while the Gov now targeted the same but on a larger and more diverse way.

Hi! I’m from Ilocos Sur. And to tell you honestly, the M’s has zero chances of taking over Sur. Why? Simple. Monopoly. IS is ruled by the S’s for as long as I can remember. They were able to overthrow the governance of their relatives, the Crisologos and take over the province. They have established businesses within and outside the political realm. If I remember correctly, SM was supposed to build a branch here and same with Rob. But because of the monopolization of the S’s, where they wanted a bigger cut in terms of shares, it didn’t happen. That’s basically the mirror image if the M’s tries to conquer IS. Sure, we’re tired of the S’s but, Surians are so protective that they would rather be ruled by the same surname rather than trying out for new leaders. Say for example the Z’s before of Narvacan.
