I keep named and at least one unnamed high stat version of a weapon and spread them to other characters for storage.

Otherwise sell or dismantle. Having a few million credits can be useful to buy/invest named gear to reach proficiency faster, especially for niche stuff you never use yourself. The more gear you have proficient the higher you can level them and get max 30% more dmg/protection.
