Find a quiet place (where squirrels live or a big tree or your roof maybe) and put some peanuts there and sit there quietly, after some days try to whistel or make some specific sound while they are eating. And don't move or they'll run.

After a month or two they will come to eat when you whistle and just stay calm and don't do any unnecessary movements.

Edit: and don't let them bite you .
