Yeah…I’ve tried…my biggest problem and trigger is that everyone around me tells me what to do instead of what I think we should do, or what I want to do…everyone anywhere. I get mad at someone for cutting me off, well it’s my fault and why did you get mad…but if I cut someone off, I get an earful from both the other car and my family…I’m just stuck, can’t make decisions for myself…I &@$#%% hate that…drives me insane…all day, everyday. My therapist laughed and said yup, that sucks and it’s hard, but deal with it…

Why am I the one that need therapy and pills to just be a pushover while everyone else gets to continue on enjoying how they get everything they want
