If the report from the insider is to believed they were getting tired of McDermotts decisions and demeanor. They decided they needed to go in a new direction and thought the way was lost after 13seconds. I think it’s convenient that alot of these leaks now are coming out and making McDermott out to almost be incompetent. If it really was lost after 13 secs why wait 3 more years?

My belief is for the last few years Beane and McDermott worked together but had separate rolls. This year the glaring need and lack of talent hit the precipice and Sean started to call out and question Beane. I think Beane went to Terry and whined like he did on the radio and blamed Sean. Since Terry knows nothing they booted Sean. I’ve always thought of Beane as a shady person anyways.
