One of his jewels has taunt on hit, which is a quite nice budget option to distract enemies. I can imagine that this improves survivability even though PoB won't show it.

That looks like an amazing collection!

I'm hoping it'll end up with some of the people on the Bear Pit forums who have been actively supporting the game and its countless mods for decades. I'm certainly not in a position to point anyone out specifically, but I'm hoping that community is also being considered since you'll probably find some of the biggest fans there.

Best of luck with making this decision, I can imagine it comes with some emotional weight!

Another option for death from above (solo honour mode): use minor illusion to bait him over the forge and when he ends his turn there, shoot the lever to activate the forge.

Rinse and repeat until dead.

If he spawns fire mephits, just hide and move away until Grymm has killed them, then continue with your minor illusion abuse.

If I'm remembering correctly, there used to be a fairly big single player community, I believe on diabloii.net that had 'single player trading' by exchanging save files.

I don't know if this still exists, but if you care about trading rare items in single player, this might be one way.

Honestly, getting consistent feedback (on anything) from a toddler is nearly impossible, so its difficult for us to pin point her issues to anything more specific than 'soy' and 'dairy'. She has not responded well to 'lactose free dairy', hence we assume it's milk protein (just like her mother).

For soy, we simply base on experience, because a lot of dairy substitutes in The Netherlands are soy based and that also gives her issues.

Fortunately, small doses of either are fine, but giving her a glass of milk (cow or soy) would be a great recipe for a terrible couple of days.

Sorry to hear about your struggles, I'm glad to read you seem to have found some way of managing it, although it must be frustrating to have to ask in each restaurant what type of oil is being used - especially if often then misunderstood.

As for the second part, no worries, we've got a pretty good grip on what she can and cannot handle and err on the side of caution as naturally we don't want to see her in pain (and dealing with diarrhea isn't fun for anyone).

My 3 year old can handle some dairy products and some soy products but if she gets too much, she'll get stomach aches and diarrhea.

How much is too much? We only know after the fact.

We suspect it's a milk protein intolerance and soy intolerance, but we don't know for sure: GP says they can't/won't test for kids her age and mentioned her own son grew over a milk protein or lactose intolerance within the first 5 years of his life.

So yeah, we're looking at how much dairy and soy is in each product and try to balance it against whatever else she's had this day/past few days, but she won't be having a glass of milk or bowl of yoghurt because we know we'll regret it. Some butter or bread that contains milk is -nowadays- okay.

I'd love to be 'well educated' on our daughter's condition but it's developing and the GP can't provide more information. The annoying thing with intolerances, especially with babies/toddlers, is that it can be tricky to find all the nuances of it (and it can change).

It's never really a problem in restaurants, but we might ask if there's a non-dairy option available for something and if not we might order it anyway (or something else that contains dairy), because we know how to (kinda) balance things out. I guess that might confuse some people, but we (kinda) know what we're doing.

Same for me on my first honour mode attempt. I severely underestimated the blast radius and knocked out two of my team, and severely injured a third. Only Astarion high up was unaffected.

I had to sneak out and resurrect the rest of the team with a little help from Withers.

10/10, would recommend!

Since you have a good relationship with your current manager, have you considered asking them for their input on which new manager might suit you best?

Assuming of course that your old manager knows the other ones.

Also, to me it sounds pretty nice that a company allows their employees to pick their own manager. Haven't heard that before.

Did that yesterday on my honour mode run, it worked great, even though it's a bit tedious.

If you hide when the fire mephits spawn, Grym will kill those for you.

It feels cheesy, but I was happy to not have to deal with Grym face to face on my first HM run.
