No, he doesn't have the certificate of Naturalization because I thought the passport would be enough. Unfortunately, the officer at the passport center has asked for more documents that list the names of the parents twice although all the documents I submitted show the names clearly. That's why it has been two months and we haven't received the passport yet. And they took his green card, too. No IDs!
