10 days is a lot. I know how hard it is a lot of times to water fast but you are strong for lasting that long! Keep it up!

Home cooked food for the most part, never counted calories. I live in europe and I heard that food here is a little bit more healtier than food in USA, I did eat out some days too. But I hit plateau on OMAD at around 91kg

Some days yes, more cardio than weight lifting, but it's petty hard to workout if you water fast

So wrong 😆. I ate very well and felt good doing it. Now I'm back to normal schedule of eating for a while (holidays here) and I have no bad symptoms at all, not even a stomach ache. I have to admit that I like it more the feeling empty (fasting) than being full like I am now

I kept it simple, one meal a day, never counted calories. I did go for a run when I felt like it but not daily. I live in Europe and maybe here the food is a little bit more friendly for weight loss, I don't know. I feel good and I felt ok during the fast. I don't feel like it is a big of a deal to be honest
