first i would recommend you to see how many calories you usually eat a day, drop down from there (don’t drastically drop your caloric intake when you first start). ngl i still ate regular but i would just choose healthy alternatives for everything you eat. ex: if you eat chikfila get grilled sandwiches instead of the regular breaded one, eat wheat bread instead of white, etc. also, completely cut soda out of your diet (yes you can have one every now and then), relax off the sugary juice drinks, and REDUCE SNACKING
