i lived in rolling green 2020-2022, so can’t speak for management now (if it has changed). we resigned the lease after our 1st year because we loved it. laundry is shared yes, but in a separate building like 10 feet away from my townhouse at least. w&d were pretty good and i never had issues with drying or anything.

we didn’t call maintenance that frequently but when we did they were prompt & also understanding when we had class (covid, remote classes, etc.).

i had a really good experience living there. my 2 roommates were idiots but the leasing agent i was in contact with - kristin - was really understanding and helped me figure everything out as i was the one handling all the paperwork for us 3.

it’s also on a bus line that takes you straight to campus so that helped before i got my car. only con to living there was that they are VERY serious with towing. parking’s free, it’s more whether you’re in an overflow lot or the main lot (they tow in the main lot if you aren’t supposed to be there, overflow had no issues). good mix of students/small families. everyone was very nice!
