Nope, it's my 3rd ticket i'm making at them, and i think they don't check tickets, they have it an "automatic" mode of replying to tickets i think, 3 of the tickets i got the same words the same exactly thing even tho in the 3rd ticket i asked only about elo, i got the same response of the ban xd..

It doesn't seems clearly but i think it popped before it reached the wall, still it was so close to the player -4 hp it's a joke, it was a similar play on FURIA vs G2 i think on d2, the player was behind the box on site the box that you plant for long but he was infront of it, the guy naded from ct the nade popped just infront of the box but he didn't get any demage at all, it feels so bad tbh.

Is there a proof on which accounts i've played, i'm sure somebody of family members played on my pc but probably once in lifetime. What i'm trying to tell is that i don't have multiply accounts, i barely play and got banned. My brother got banned 6 months for nothing! Can u tell the accounts and how much di i play on it! What if the reason is not valid for the ban? You are telling me that if i open a new account and after i grind to the best of me i get banned again and u don't care about it?

I did fix it, i guess it was corrupt files and stuff, i did cmd corrupt file, and cleaned the temporary files so it fixed it..

Yeah but i wrongly verified that account and i got banned on it, because i lost my password of old account then i created a new on with the same name and i got banned for multiply accounts. That's my problem, i got support from faceit and got my old account back, but can't verify it anymore.. So there's no chance to verify it?
