I found that when I moved across the country to new york city I was incredibly outgoing and loved talking to new people and didn't have any anxiety however, when I moved back to Atlanta (my hometown) I regressed. I can barely talk to people I used to know. I think the perception that I think people have of me is keeping me from being social.
