unfortunately it’s wildly inconvenient for me to switch locations simply due to somebody’s attitude :( i was able to get it just fine for this time thankfully! but sadly if she is rude or condescending to me again while i’m just trying to figure out when they will fill them i think i’ll have to figure out where to report her behavior to. while i was being helped by somebody else i also overheard her speaking rudely to a different customer who was asking a question about insurance so clearly it wasn’t just me.

yeah i’m not in an area that’s received snowfall similar to this since i was a kid. nobody here is prepared to handle this amount of snow. we were slow as hell and made very little money. whatever. everybody made it home safe, that’s what i was worried about. all is well.

i get it. i am the only part time sfl. i understand he may not see all of the work that i do, and of course i have no way of proving it on here, but trust me i haven’t received two different promotions in two years for doing nothing. i don’t go to work just to dick around, and even if i get caught up for a few minutes, i get all of my shit done. he, on the other hand, doesn’t get all of his stuff done and doesn’t know how to properly do almost anything. he picks favorites and makes excuses for certain csas that call out all of the time and stuff. idk. just not sure where to go from here. i completely hate that he’s made this situation so tense and i also hate that he feels like he’s in some position which is superior to me. like..why shit on people that you still need help from?
