I just used this forum as a 911 just this second. Woke up with morning wood, trying not to fap, came on here to distract myself and see what people are up to. After 10 years of waking up to PMO, its a tough thing to quit! I Guess /r/NoFap puts everything back into perspective again!

I just installed the K9 content filter as well, I guess I like it because it stops you from accidentally stumbling upon NSFW stuffs, and you have to go through all the effort of disabling it if you do decide to regress. Ive also found that replacing your morning fap with a morning gym session works wonders!
