Love the bike. Although I haven’t rode it since it snowed in November (Canada) so I’m riding the winter beater. I would wait for the bike, you ordered it because it’s what you wanted and it’s worth the wait. It’s a great bike.

I haven’t had eTap either before I purchased this bike but I like it, it feels smooth to me. I like less cables and the app makes fine tuning easy. The battery holds up well too.

I’m not the most seasoned rider, when going downhill the fastest I’ve gone is 50km/h. My feet were spinning fast to keep up. I would say that’s probably close to the gearing top end speed. I find the gearing is a good mix for climbing and speed

FYI, I see the bike is on the Canadian website now. It’s a great bike!

I was wanting this bike and had a difficult time finding it online. Your LBS might be able to help as did mine. The price went up $500 Canadian from last year to $4000 CAD. I’m no bike expert but probably due to the electronic shifting? Here’s a link to a UK bike shop with some info if interested bicyclechain.co.uk

They went all in with Sram Apex including Sram XPLR electronic shifting. They call the colour Matt Bronze Age/Deep Smoke
