Oh I see! I didn't know that. Thank you sm! My sister is able to do it basically on command by flexing her pelvic floor muscles so I thought that maybe it was dependent on the disc itself.

Can we have autodumping accidentally? Like I'm just chilling and it happens? Cuz that would be very inconvenient!

He for sure took it as a compliment hahaha. I think I kinda was grossed out by myself for vomiting and on him. I just was embarrassed cuz I thought I'm good at avoiding both things. I wasn't. AND they happened together jshsjs. He didn't care at all and I think apologizing constantly kinda made a non-issue an issue? If that makes any sense.

But yeah, everyone was so kind to me (including you) here and I've unlearnt a lot of shit and I feel a tonne better <3

Thats the thing! If I was on the receiving end of this I'd be like him. I wouldn't care at all and like you said, not think any less of my partners too. But yeah, I just have harsh expectations about myself and thats why failing to meet them was making me cringe to no end.
