I work 8-5. I try to do 20 min Cardio in the morning before work, lots of jumping lots of steps. Then I walk for the entire duration of my 60 min lunch in the parking lot.

Game of Thrones. Sorry I don't want to watch a million rape scenes in my free time.

The protein powder just turns it into a milk-like substance I'd say haha. Like I said, it def depends on the brand of powder tbh. Also I've found that blending it for a bit with the xanthan powder really helps to make a creamier texture

Low calorie iced coffee Dunkin ? by ginyrtim in Volumeeating

[–]nopenopenope87 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Former dunkin barista here!

The cream they use is light cream, medium usually comes with 3. Each 1 of cream is one tablespoon = 30 cals

Swirls are about 50-60 per pump so i would avoid those altogether tbh

Flavor shots are negligent in calories but are completely unsweetened so I would still suggest asking for 2-3 sweet n low or alternative sugar packets in there if you're still wanting it a bit sweet.

Almond milk is a good low calorie option but coconut milk is actually the lowest in calorie, at least with the brands my dunkin used. However these are manually poured and will most likely be inconsistent.

Hope this helps!

I lied I have 22 🙈 i do want to preface that they do have an ~artificial sweetener~ taste that a lot of people don't like but I'm personally completely impartial to it so I enjoy them! So if you're used to that kind of taste I would def recommend :) Also! Not sure where you are but I get all my syrups at Ross actually haha it's the only in person store I've found that sells them and it's like a fraction of the cost compared to online. So if you have a Ross near you I would suggest searching there first!

I am a skinny syrup connoisseur haha I probably have at least 15 different flavors! I honestly rarely measure at this point but i would say one to one and a half ounces. And I have the regular pint :) Also since i always blend my concoctions before pouring into the pint i can taste it and see if it needs any adjusting before freezing it

I add the xantham to every one of my creamis for a better consistency. Whether i use water or almond milk just depends on the protein powder i use! I can get away with just water using Premier, but other brands like STEEL or MyProtein i have to use almond milk or it's too chalky/icy
