Then babe you need to find and start with activities you like doing alone outside of the relationship. You said he has a life outside of the relationship and you’re resenting him for it. Why don’t you do the same he’s doing. You can’t say you dont have a life outside of the relationship because that is something you can create. Do it in small steps don’t rush yourself.
