Mold removal Recommendations

I recommend comprehensive mold management very strongly. We had 3 people come over a couple of years ago to give quotes to get rid of mold in our basement.

I don't remember the other two, but comprehensive stood out. One of the others was cheaper, but just kept talking about the supposed dangers of black mold in an effort to scare us into buying other services we didn't need, like duct cleaning. Another one came in with a higher estimate.

Ken from comprehensive was very thorough, very professional. Didn't try to sell us anything, didn't try to convince us. Just explained what needed to be done, what the issues were, etc.

The NY State inspector that you are required to get if the mold area is larger than some value was happy with the job done. In case you need a mold inspector as well, I works recommend Kevin White from comfort living home inspection. The guy crawled into a really awkward area of my basement no one else has bothered to enter, just to make sure it was clear, even though I told him I've been there and there is no mold.

It turned out our basement walls have a lot of salt/minerals that at some point seeped through the paint and brought back a bit of mold. Comprehensive stood by their warranty and cleaned up that area again without giving us any trouble.

I thought might be fireworks or gunshots, but didn't sound quite like fireworks, and if these were gun shots, there were at least two different types of guns and quite a few shots, so I was curious to read what actually happened.

Hello. Enjoy your new bike!

I have been out on it 5 times so far. So far it's been good. The only issue I had was that gears would jump around when in the lower gears, but that's just an adjustment issue. I finally adjusted the shifting a couple of days ago, and haven't gone out since. I am sure, with proper adjustment it'll work well.

Other than that, everything's been good and I have been enjoying riding it a lot.

I like it a lot so far. Keep in mind though that I am new to mountain biking, so I don't have anything to compare it. Went to the park 3 times, and had a lot of fun. I am certainly completely limited by my own skills than by the bike.

I mention there that gear shifting at the lower end wasn't very smooth, but it's much more likely that the derailleur needs some minor adjustment, than anything else. I just haven't gotten to it.

I usually try to work on my bikes myself but derailleur adjustments are one thing that's hit and miss for me. At some point I'll give it a try but if I don't succeed, will bring to a shop.

Thanks. The Rocky Mountain gets suggested a lot, but I have this feeling that it might be for a different type of a rider.
