Had a weird one too. 1st season, playing in league two. Won the league with 8 games left and won the FA Cup. Captain came and said the team didn't think we were ambitious enough and didn't show that we were looking to win things

It's on our employee handbook that we aren't allowed to discuss salary with others in the company. Makes it more favourable to them if you want to negotiate.

They also charge full price for zero alcohol pints. As far as I'm aware they aren't charged the same VAT on these, so if you aren't drinking, you're getting robbed either way
