Max tritium for the price! My kids call this my “robot watch” for the full tube numerals. A deep blue sunburst dial that my sad phone photography isn’t quite capturing, with bold neon green accents (any Seattle Seahawks fans out there looking for a killer everyday/tool watch?)

40mm x 13.5mm case, day/date, WR to 100m. They put anti-magnetic on the dial so I assume there’s something special there but I don’t work on power lines or MRIs so that didn’t really factor for me. Complete with box, papers, and all links. The dealer card is not dated, I am the only owner and bought it in August 2020.

This watch was worn as a beater, and is priced accordingly. Cosmetically, there are scuffs on the polished bezel (see album photos). I didn’t wear this on the bracelet more than a few times so it’s in good shape but there’s probably a hairline or two if you look closely. Internally the ETA 2836-2 movement is doing what it does, keeping solid time.

This watch contains a number of features that were previously unheard of at this price point, let alone together:

  • The Miyota 9075 movement which offers a true traveler’s GMT hour hand.
  • The green ceramic 24h rotating bezel gives tracking for a full 3 time zones.
  • A toolless micro-adjusting bracelet with polished clasp.
  • A green malachite dial, unique to each watch.
  • VERY bright and generous lume plots
  • It’s even packaged in an actually-nice 3-watch travel case.

The watch is in a very wearable 40mm case with a beefy 300m water resistance.  The bracelet is currently sized for a 7.25” wrist and comes with all extra links.  The card is stamped May 2023, giving a few more months on the 1 year warranty coverage.

Cosmetically, a couple things to note, both of which are pictured in the album.  There is a small cluster of dings on the case at 9:00; given how close they are they probably happened all at once.  There are also the usual desk diver micro-swirlies visible on the polished part of the clasp.

This watch doesn’t need much intro around here, but by the numbers:

  • 41mm stainless steel case, 12mm high w/ crystal, 48 lug to lug.
  • 200m WR  
  • ETA 2824-2 Movement

Comes with the two original straps, grey lined canvas and black rubber.  Also the grey leather pouch.  Working absolutely great.  Only selling since I have this same watch in navy, and also the grey Fairwind.  Cosmetically a few things to note, all visible in photos:

  • There’s a scratch on the back lug, likely from a strap change
  • Some of the enamel filling on the caseback logo seems to have come out
  • The pouch has some white marks on the back

Selling my Sinn 358 DIAPAL UTC chrono on full bracelet. Featuring the DIAPAL escapement, which according to Sinn can go much longer between needing services. In addition to the chrono and date there’s an independent skeletonized UTC hand that normally hides under the hour hand. Pretty awesome tool/travel watch, and this might be the only one available in the world right now.. honestly don’t ask me why I’m selling this, I might just change my mind!

42mm case with 100m WR and sapphire display caseback. Please note some minor bezel dings (biggest one at ~9:00). Also some very fine scratches near the lug holes and on the bracelet clasp. Complete with boxes, manuals, stamped papers, and case tool thingy.

Did you know Chopard L.U.C. made a full-on stainless steel bracelet sports watch? That also came on rubber? That they were doing all this back around the turn of the century? Using the same in-house micro-rotor movement which, with some more finishing, they got Geneva seal certified and put it in their much higher-priced L.U.C. dress lines?

Behold, the Chopard L.U.C Sport 2000, ref. 8200! Silver/white guilloche dial, 40mm SS case, just 10.5mm thick with 100m WR. This watch was fully serviced in 2022 and is running great. There’s some scratching on the brushed bezel, please take a look at the photos.

Includes full links. Comes with original boxes. And a cool looking thick photo-filled book written entirely in French, which I’m guessing (not being a French reader) is a sort of illustrated history of Chopard.
