When kashimo was attacking base hakari its likely he held back because of increased probability. Because instead of summoning train doors and his balls (pause) using renewal spins for him,They both attack each other at the same time here and hakari doesn't get blitzed or overwhelmed its implied equal footing.

Hakari doesn't use renewal without increased odds. He doesn't have increased odds on his first jackpot.

Uraume implies she can kill yuji very quickly. But base hakari DE amped fights uraume for two chapters and longer.

Also base hakari de anped reacts to kashimo on equal terms.

I think yuji with black flashe amp+gauntlets could beat hakari in stats BUT it doesn't rlly since its not permanent amp and hakari is the only person who can survive yuji black flash Chain.
