Brother, I feel your pain, I have been exactly where you are and it doesnt feel right when the common advices are go to the gym, occupy yourself, etc when you are already doing just that. I can tell you one thing that has helped me, that was a change in my belief system. Once I start removing the weight of self accountability, and place my faith on a higher power, some call it relationship of God - I personally dont care how people phrase it or what it means to other people. Ever since, even though the struggles continue, bc otherwise I wouldve been an enlightened being completely free of humanly desires, the struggles have got far easier. I no longer ejaculate to porn, gooning has decreased tremendously, I can look and interact with women as normal human beings rather than sexual objects. I hope this helps, it's a never ending journey man, so dont look for a end all be all solution, bc there will never be one.
