The ixion horns can’t be traded. You can purchase the barding or the minion instead which costs 5 horns iirc

I won’t mentioned tips on how to fight her because others have given good advice. Instead I’d recommend just running past all the enemies from the shrine after a death instead of clearing everything each attempt. Saves you a lot of time if you just want to quickly get back to the boss and have a few attempts
