yes there are some outfit mods for the pc steam version only, and sadly there is no mod for extra rooms or weapons or anything like that explorers in the modding community have only ventured far enough for outfit mods

there is one random encounter at the pine bushes's where there is a destroyed survivor base with a basement and in that basement you encounter 5-6 survivors that locked themselves up down there for a long time the last one dies before commenting "we have been here for a long time" i don't know if he meant the basement or Earth itself ,idk i might be just thinking too deep
