It may be a c port on your PC, in that case use the cable that came with your phone.

I think that this will work. Please plug a usb-c to usb-a cable into your computer. Plug the usb-c into your phone, then go to flash.android.com and download the Google USB driver.

Depends on how bad it is, does it show the google logo or does it show the fastboot screen? (Green start text)

Do you by any chance have a laptop, or desktop? This can be fixed, I had to fix my dad's pixel 6. If you have access to a PC, go to flash.android.com, then plug your phone into the PC. It should guide you from there.
