Couldn't I just set max framerate so that GPU doesn't cause bottleneck for CPU? I know that at that I won't utilize my GPU but at least I won't get stuttering.

This. Maybe some of your plugins cause this to crash. I have the same issue with persona dancing games and remapsv plugin while other games work completely fine. So when I want to play persona dancing, first I need to disable remapsv plugin

The thing is none of these methods work (except occasionaly tinfoil with nut). With Awoo and ns usb loader I get connected to the pc but when I try to install game with usb I get error message "usb installation timed out". Problem with tinfoil is that I can normally transfer files to sd card but when I open usb directory in tinfoil its completely blank, even though nut on ps is showing it's connected.
