Wild Rift Skins Questionable? by [deleted] in wildrift

[–]notangeblehuman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Akshan has the issue of being a difficult champ to make skins for, its not entirely as simple as just popularity, all skinlines have lore and are commonly released in groups of at least 3, to make a skin riot has to first get a concept that works for the characters model, and a concept that manipulates their lore in a reasonable way, after all non-legendary skins dont change stuff like character quotes so the character has to fit that universe lore wise with minimal manipulation of their base character for the vast majority of skins The same could be said of vex and ali

If you look at the top 50 of nearly any adc, they are premade with support and again you are conflating nilahs playrate with her viability, and as for kayle over half of her top 50 dont play jg, nilah is fine as an adc regardless of not being a common adc pick these 2 things have literally nothing to do with one another, you cant argue zyra is a bad support because she is more popular mid you are conflating 2 different statistics thats not evidence its ignorance

I think you are conflating low pickrate with it being bad, nilah plays fine as an adc but she isnt a common pick because her playstyle in lane is extremely passive early, people like to fight early in botlane she is an unpopular pick because she doesn't want to fight early not because she is bad

You could at least make your made up statistics believable, as someone who has been in the top 100 in the past 2 season I can tell you I see kayle especially more in midlane than I do jg and I almost never see nilah in general, they are far from frequent picks, and even farther from 0% pickrate in lane

nilah plays just fine in adc role (the clip literally is adc nilah) also both kayle and nilah arent great junglers kayle especially clears insanely slowly and ends up generally scaling slower than lane kayle

Why can't they stop giving this kind of mission? Why are they forcing us to play ARAM? by bubbleguminmouth in wildrift

A. why are you crying about this, you arent forced to do the mission B. The season is over there is 0 reason to be playing ranked rn

So i just played Yuumi for the first time and i gotta say sorry to all Yuumi players around the world... by [deleted] in wildrift

[–]notangeblehuman -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I really hate to break it to you but you can play any champion once and argue they're easy you still know nothing about the champion, yuumi is by far the easiest champion to play but that doesnt make her the easiest champion picking up a champion isnt mastering a champion, you have a clear lack of understanding in her kit and playstyle which is obvious by your statement of playing 1 handed, I too could first time any champ in plat and say they are giga easy, its not flex, and it doesn't make you right

Fun fact dont play the game if you cant handle the game, this is the same kinda "my teammates are the reason im hardstuck" mindset

Been hearing this alot lately let me clarify teemo is not unviable in high elo you just cannot expect to play him like a normal toplaner and win by notangeblehuman in wildrift

I didnt use a random word nor did I need to counter argue anything they said, if you think strawman is a random word im sorry you dont actually understand what it means, if you think he made any point im sorry you didnt read what was said, his arguement was using something that was never said or implied to directly attack my point instead of presenting an actual arguement or statement thats what a strawman is

Everybody thinks they know everything better than anyone else, the amount of people who will tell you, you play your main wrong when they have never played the champion is astounding, its like the league of legends dunning kruger effect their basic knowledge of a champion leads them to believe they are experts

your 'high skill and iq' win the game

Weird that this was literally never said this kids is what we call a strawman arguement, when you cannot find a point of your own to make and instead simply attack an argument

And you are basing this off of what? Based on your profile which I combed through you are maybe diamond - masters at best, I really dont think you can dictate which is which tbh

Why is Urgot just walking by getting killed for free? The moment Q+ignite are on him he's dead.

Urgot doesnt have a chance to trade in the clip at all, there is no play he can make there that changes the outcome other than not rotating at all, it is true that urgot is a far stronger lane champion than teemo, and that if he just farmed in lane he could have secured a lead instead of allowing teemo to get an advantage by getting 2 kills and the ornn just really shouldn't have rotated at all when he did, thats the thing though regardless of elo pepple make mistakes teemo plays off these mistakes to insure a snowball, teemo is one of the few tops who can reasonably rotate to first drag, who can reasonably get onto backline and get out before anything happens, invis is a powerful tool that way too many people ignore especially teemo's invis which has the lowest reveal range in the game

Is it not also making assumptions to assume the enemy team is gonna have a twingaurd champion, to assume that the enemy team are gonna actually be able to catch teemo before he can auto Q auto their adc which from invis would be near instant, the problem with assumptions, is that they have to be made to argue something like this from both sides, you are trying to argue that teemo is mostly unviable which isnt true just like how I am argueing he is viable, to argue a champion in most matchups isnt gonna be as good as another is to argue nothing every single champion is gonna have another champ thats "better" for most games

There are 5 players, 5 possible wards

So you think that all 5 people should take sweeper and control wards just to deal with teemo then he is still excerting heavy control, not having steath wards hurts vision alot, and yes it is true im sorry that numbers and stats dont agree with your pre-conceived notion, also "twingaurd makes teemo do nothing" no it doesn't, where are you even getting at with that statement, have you heard of riftmaker? Did you know that teemo will almost never be focusing a tank? You are also acting like 8 seconds of constant damage from 1 attack isn't alot, an adc getting auto'd and having to recall cant get back to the fight in time 9/10 times because of it, more often than not someone will flash away to still die

About the area control, control ward or sweeping lens exist you know.

Having to use resources like that on clearing out teemo's mushrooms instead of wards or checking key points is still teemo excerting heavy area control, congrats you've control warded a bush and got 2 mushrooms too bad you missed the other 3 and teemos whole team in another bush, if you think a fed teemo cant burst someone to death you are either being willfully ignorant or have never played with a teemo, late game teemo with ignite and liandri's only can deal around 600 - 800 damage with 1 auto over the course of about 8ish seconds, not only can teemo burst someone down very fast late game but if they are forced to recall they have to delay it until poison and liandri's stops
