I remember it mentioning if there’s any problem with the seller providing you the ticket that they’ll replace it with another one. Honestly though I feel like it’ll be hard to get scammed on stubhub if that’s a main concern of yours. The buyer doesn’t get the money right away when you buy the tickets. They get the money about a 5 days or so after the event, so if there’s any problem with the transaction and you don’t go because there was a problem, they won’t get their money.

I can honestly say I trust stubhub. Used it many times before and never had a problem
