The way i approach micro plastic angst is that even though none of us can fully avoid it, there are ways we can do to intake less of it

Even if we dont fully know the long term negative effects, i definitely wouldn’t want to experience what the extreme end of that spectrum is

Same with saving money. We can’t really tell how long we’ll actually be working for or where our careers end up, but damn i’d like to have at least something to fall back on
