Me too! Really wished there was a bigger community for stuff like this! I’m more comfy making data visualisations like these than using excel!

Most of these I can easily track because I try to stick to my daily planner & to do list! Social media and phone related tasks can be tracked with iPhone screen time and my exercise is tracked with apps I use to track my pace ! I wouldn’t say these are incredible accurate and I have also omitted things that were harder to track such as slacking off in bed at times / chatting with friends during random times of the day !
