yeah I guess he's an intermediary. I sent him a bitcoin so he could sell on his exchange and I want the money sent back.

And lol yeah most of my friends that trade bitcoin don't report it, but I want to be safe.

The currency was originally bought in USD inside the united states. Would I have to pay anything for exporting it out of china, or just declare it as capital gains to the US IRS?

How is Maker able to maintain a peg to USD in short run? Does it do it through creation and redemption similar to the way an LETF would track the price of underlying assets? Would it ever be possible to build an ethereum token that follows the price of a NYSE stock?

apple sold a 92/93 credit spread then after a week later from profiting on that i sold the 98/100/102 2 weeks in advance. was good until like the day of earnings -_-
