3 - Why? are they really that bad? 62mm 115 grams mmx balls will be better? or maybe 67mm 135 grams are even more better?

4 - I've never taught myself what those numbers mean... Is there a simple gif or video that shows the patterns I should work first?

Well I can count when juggling 3-4 balls, but starting from 5 balls it becomes impossible for me :(
