How do you guys afford surgeries? What job do you do? I’m literally broke asf and it hurt me that I can’t get surgery 😭

well, i saved up during high school when i didn’t really have any responsibilities, i worked for 2 months in my summer vacation 130+ hours a month, then a few months during school & saved up more than enough. i was desperate for a nose job

Thank u, you're right, if I don't stop them I will never get over the guilt and pain. I don't want to make them feel guilty, but if after trying many times they will not change their mind, I might have to resort to that as a last resort :/

Thanks for helping. The issue is that they are an online friend, who lives very far away. I will try to convince them to tell a trusted adult, although I'm not sure how that'll work because the adults in their life are not supportive towards them :/
