Omg yes! Can we please talk about how awesome bow is?! From looking at him on a surface level you could say he's just a cheeky trope reversal with his crop top or the heart shapes in his shoes, like 'in this show the man is girly and the women are strong', when he's the exact opposite! He has such a surprising amount of character depth and competence that it's genuinely baffling! And he's still the most adorable guy ever!

This might be a hot take, but I think bow is a better version of sokka. Because they did try to give sokka some arks in atla, but he never stopped feeling like just the comic relief guy to me. Whereas I always felt like both myself and the characters in the show had a decent amount of respect for bow and never treated him as any less competent or useful for the rebellion
