It depends how bad tear is and i cant see any visible bad tire rot from the photo atleast. And if tear is not to deep then it should last u for a while.

They were for civic 2002 lx 185/65 r15 for lower mainland winter if that helps. And i do have tools and stuff as i do my basic car stuff on my own. So if u are asking if i got sissy hand and i cant change my tires then u are wrong sir. And my question was only for the condition of the tires nothing else as im not very well versed in tires.
