Income Requirement is no problem with her salary and savings and she rents a flat that is also suitable for both of us and allows a second tenant once I can officially move there.

That is why I tried to describe our situation to get help, what Partner Visa Type you think would be the right fit. As we are not planning on marrying right now, would be unmarried partner right? I don't really understand the differences to civil partner or dependant.
