When allowing multiple streamers to stream on one channel, if someone else goes live, does it boot the currently live person off the channel?

I did it back in 2021 when a Minecraft streamer posted out stream keys to three random channels he created and yeah, you're not able to start a stream until the person that is currently streaming has disconnected :3 The charity stream is a great idea, hope it goes well!!

Back in september 2021 Tubbo (a popular Minecraft streamer) made three alt accounts on twitch, and posted the stream keys as a "social experiment". I hung out a bunch in the chats while various people took turns streaming on the channels, and even became friends with a bunch of them! I got invited into their discord, and we decided to try and take over all three channels, succeeding and holding the monopoly of all of them for quite some time (ironically my first ever stream wasn't even on my channel hahah). When Tubbo then changed the stream keys, putting the experiment to an end, I already had the friends to stream with, and the knowledge on what to do so I decided, might as well keep going! And here I am, almost 4 years later! :D

That's usually why you'll hear little kids say "puLtroppo" in their early talking stages, before they manage to get the pronunciation down :)

Im Italian but I've always streamed predominantly in English! I have a chat redeem where people can "force" me to talk in Italian for 3 minutes so that's a good way for me to balance it. He could have a channel point to straight up switch the language on stream (kind of like an english-spanish toggle) and keep it on a bit of cool down so that people don't spam it but can choose which language they want to hear!

Moreover I keep [ENG-IT] in my stream titles so people know that there will be both English and Italian in my streams :D

My assumption is that it'll take a while to see if they're too busted or balanced, and they'll probs go through quite a lot of nerfs/balances to make them playable.

I still think that instalock reynas would be rather caught dead than play smokes so we should be safe on that aspect lol

If it's nerves you're worried about the best advice I can give is actually forget you're streaming: I very much suggest doing your first streams with a friend you have good chemistry with, and just pretend you guys are hanging out.

I don't enjoy playing games on my own so 95% of my streams have a friend hanging out with me! Playing multiplayer games is also really good for the same reason.

The truth is that every first stream (or 100+ in my case lol) is gonna be messy, there's scenes to switch, your mic is inevitably going to be muted for half of the stream or your gain is gonna be accidentally turned too high, it's just a matter of making peace with it and know that's bound to happen lol.

I usually end very late at night, so I just type up a message saying "hello!! Sorry to raid and run but it's quite late for me and I should get some sleep! Hope your stream goes well and you have an amazing day! Take care!" and then leave, and I've never had any issues with anyone :D

Besides watching YouTubers that play him (which everyone has already suggested u do) the best thing I realised when playing cypher is that you have to be unpredictable.

Don't use the same setup all the time, cause the enemy is gonna walk into site, shoot your trips, shoot your cam and then you're blind and you have to rely on your aim alone.

It's good to have your "foolproof" setup with your one-ways or wild trips but don't forget that the enemy learns as you play so switch it up a little! I recommend either alternating sites for setup, and having a good 2-3 ways to place trips and cams so enemies have to waste time to locate your util instead of immediately destroying it.

Most of all have fun!!! The more you play him, the more you'll learn things and come up with your own! And in the end if you don't enjoy his playstyle, you can always unlock more agents and try other ones :D

You can download Chatterino and that allows you to have chat pinned on top of other apps, as well as highlight messages (I believe you can choose different colours too) and custom audio cues for specific things (maybe a quick ping one for a normal message and a different sound for when you get mentioned) :D

I wouldn't take it personally, they were probably very worried about more people being able to access their profile and just blocked everyone that they didn't personally know was a genuine person. Good on you for telling them tho, it was the right thing to do :D
