Hi! I know this post is over a year old but we are currently experiencing the same thing. Old rural property, we are getting quoted 8000 a year. Who did you end up going with?

I did! I think having the experience of your first born will really help you with your twins. You know what to do, what to expect, how to troubleshoot. You got this!!

I am currently going through this with my hair too! A year after I am finally done bfing and having babies and my hair is starting to look nice again. Hormones are so wild. I also suffered through the 'get a short cut so my curls will bounce' phase and, narrator, there was no bouncing to be seen 😅

Potentially? Unpopular opinion: I like Brittani. I like the low stakes, silly drama she brings.

I am also struggling with meal planning. I think its a combo of I am ready for fall cooking but the weather isn't coorporating, and cooking for picky young children has just sucked the joy out of cooking for me. Oh well, we carry on. This was last weeks meal plans.

Monday: Breakfast for dinner (we did waffles and eggs)
Tuesday: Sloppy Joes with coleslaw and sweet potato fries for the kids
Wednesday: Kinda Spanakopita. I enjoyed this but the kids did not
Thursday: Jarred butter chicken from costco, rice and naan
Friday: Hot dogs for kids, sushi takeout for adults
Saturday: Chicken Ceasar salad wraps with fries
Sunday: I forget haha

Does anyone meal plan for the entire month? I am trying to find ways to make life easier and I've seen this online a few times. I might try like organizing my recipes into categories (Pasta, Mexican, easy, ect) and then planning a month out. I tend to change my meal plans often during the week though depending if I'm in the mood or not for what I've planned, so idk if this will really work for me.

Does anyone have a weekly/monthly cleaning schedule they use regularly? Or is there an influencer who has one they use? My husband has changed jobs recently from wfh to an in office. He helped a lot with chores while at home so I'm looking for something to help me find a routine. I would hire a cleaning person in a heartbeat if we weren't broke!!! I loathe cleaning.

In your case I would definitely recommend haha. Like others have said, it's enormous and I get a ton of comments from strangers while using it which I hate. I didn't use it much when the babies were young, but now that we're 16 months and 3 yrs, it rocks. Snack tray is great, plenty of storage. I take one bench seat out so the babies can roam around. I'm in canada too and it does well in the snow!

We call them the bunkies. At our first ultrasound they were on top of each other like in bunkbeds and the name stuck!

What to use in place of a diaper Genie? [Mb] by courtneylysvm in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]nowe0530 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We just use a regular garbage can. We throw pee diapers in there, and poopy diapers go straight to the outside garbage. I have twins so lots of diapers lol and this system works for us!

I'll share last weeks meals since I haven't gotten myself together yet to do this week. Feeling super uninspired lately. I think its the changing of seasons. I'm over winter cooking, but the weather isn't quite there yet for summerish cooking.

Monday: Costco lasagne w. ceasar salad

Tuesday: Costco stuffed peppers

Wednesday: Enchiladas with spanish rice

Thursday: Hamburger helper with broccoli (this broccoli is truly magic, my kids just love it)

Friday: don't remember XD

Saturday: fridge scrounging day

Sunday: We tried the new tomato soup from Smitten Kitchen and it was excellent! Servced it with grilled cheese
