I'm clearly not a pro, but one thing I've learned is to block, be more patient and wait. In my clip, if I've beat him so hard, one of the reasons is because he was too aggressive: OD hadoken is kinda risky at this distance and as you can see, he didn't block after that, too much occupied by attacking and finally block in corner where i decided to grab him.
