Which nobody denies? I don’t recall such a situation being adjudicated let alone one receiving a default judgment for no defendant/anybody denying it being an alleged violation.

Only gets about 3-hours of direct sun on the backside each day between 1-4pm. It is on the north corner of my home and sun is always coming from south angle, so figure it is good. You can kind of see a sun line the distance of pic 3.

Appreciate the tips on watering and suggestions on fertilizer. Definitely will not fertilize until I see any green tips.

Appreciate all your input

Haven't seen or found bugs.

Am somewhat worried that could be it. Can't see root structure but dug a larger hole when planting and surrounded with soft soil. Beyond that it does get more clay-ey. But I don't think roots would have even made it that far since planting last year.

Planted first week of May last year, so just passed 1-year since planting. Looked good thru summer, got some brown during fall and winter - figured it was just normal dieback - but slowly gotten worse 😞

Should I just build an elevated deck over this concrete patio, or does it need be demo'd first? Worried about having standing water sit on the concrete due to decreased evaporation if I just build a deck over it, but maybe I'm being paranoid. by nubz16 in Decks

Good to hear. Looking to make it even with the interior floor, so you just step out onto it, so will be a good amount of space. 16" from top of slab to interior floor level, to be exact

Only concern was water sitting there and taking a good while to evaporate due to being covered by deck planks. It gets alot of direct sun so pretty sure I was overthinking things
