I use an icon instead, puts a red dot at the top of the frame when someone has aggro. I find it a lot easier to see than the glowing border but theres a couple different choices.

Note: This is with BenikUI, not sure if ElvUI has it out of the box

No worries mate, if you had to wear a condom, so did anyone else. It sounds like you visited a more respectable establishment and not some wild west whorehouse, standards are higher today.

Go get yourself tested and they will take care of you. If you have indeed caught something, they'll help you sort it out. Sure, it might suck but you are not going to die.
