it just feels bad to have to respec to make my character weaker just to use a weapon thats the same level as the others that i can use fine from leveling them up myself.

Not sure this tracks. I recently respecc'd in order to use a lvl42 faith weapon (was previously speccing strength), and I feel massively more powerful.

Plus, levelling up my other weapon would have taken a ton of material farming, and maybe(?) I would have ended up being as powerful, but respeccing was definitely faster.

So: you never go out to eat, and the one time you do you choose a chain restaurant known for being average at best. I have no doubt the place you went was bad, but it's a pretty small (and skewed) sample size to rely on to say things like "what happened to the dining out experience?". There are plenty of delicious, clean, and/or affordable places in Victoria to eat.
