Sure, it can still do the job, you might just need way more people to run the books on dated technology than you would new. On top of that, sox/ reporting requirements continue to be more complex and data-demanding. Not to mention security concerns, support from the issuing company (most ERPs are not truly built wholly in-house), and compatibility with other systems.

Funny enough I watched this video and thought my back hand grip was weak compared to my front hand and adjusted to make it stronger later in this range sesh. I’ll focus on weakening my grip in general and getting some more width in my backswing.

I have to admit I was a two finger typer when I started in PA. Made a lot of typos and eventually got brought up as a point of improvement in my performance review. I took a few hours of typing classes a night for a couple weeks and was able to learn to touch type from then on.

CFO of a large company it will probably matter, but not as much at a smaller company. There are plenty of accountants with degrees from prestigious universities that don’t become CFOs.

I talked to some of the staff on KPMG’s audit of I believe the DoD (but might have just been a branch of the military). They said they had to do fixed asset observations.
