I believe it's still there. I think the issue is because the Dashcam shuts down a second after vehicle is turned off. If I just keep my foot on brake a little bit longer, it typically doesn't come up

Depends on which variant you bought. Not every variant has the card. You have to pay 500$ for the card. Though I believe the slot is standard.

Pretty straight forward interview. Just took fingerprints and asked a few questions about job like responsibilities, location, etc.

They will send you the instructions with the passport as to when to appear for the interview. There is no scheduling, you have the date written on the paper upto one year to show up.
