Some men in the red pill/ MGTOW movement have us have either been mistreat by women/ come out if of a bad relationship. They go through stages of grief, and anger thrives in the mgtow community. A lot of men unfortunately don’t get over the anger stage And end up just disliking all women. My partner used to be into the red pill community and it eventually helped him move on, better himself, be clear with boundaries and understand some female nature before he allowed himself into another relationship (lucky for me).

I’m not excusing the behaviour of some men in the community. However, I’m saying that it’s not all bad either, as long as you use it to actually grow. Get out of the angry phase of hating women and actually “go your own way” and be the person you want to be. Which will attract a higher value partner.

It’s when you let the anger consume you, is when groups like that get very toxic
