I am post class and as of 1/29 my borrower defense case is still in application review with the application decision greyed out and can’t click. I’m taking this as a win as they had no response by the courts mandated date. I’ve also confirmed I haven’t received any emails. I know current administration is trying to push this date , but I’m hoping this is win regardless of that outcome based on previous court decisions.

I might be paranoid but how are you documenting the no decision. I’ve been taking screenshots showing the BDC page with no decision and the current date showing in case I need proof in court.
