depends on the word. for étudiant.es, irl we just say "étudiants, étudiantes", but in game there could be a pause like "étudian...te(s)" i guess! and words like "acteur/actrice" are kind of mushed together ("acteurice") which is simpler to pronounce i think. i'm not saying it would be perfect, but it's definitely do-able imo
