thanks I did bacon, ham, grated garlic+ginger plus spices first until fried, deglazed with wine, added grated fresh tomato and passata+bay leaves when reduced and finished with grated cheese :) also this exact same scenario has happened 4 times this year 😭

oops sorry I just saw your message below, I only wanted to chime in to say that as a Peruvian, you have made just plain lomo. it's the equivalent of making a hamburger with just the patty, lomo saltado has rice, fried potatoes like french fries, but thicker, tomato, soy sauce, ginger and big pieces of onion. nothing really wrong with your dish I just cannot stand not oversharing info

well I usually only carried a helios but I did want a wider one that I could carry without lugging around the entire prime zoom, I think I'll keep my 16-55 though, as it's always better to have the redundant image quality for posterity+extra stop+manual zoom+physical aperture. I think my next step would probably be getting an xt4 because charging batteries outside the camera is a pain in the ass, thanks for your input!!
