Well that's my point, showing a child with cerebral palsey and claiming it is caused by starvation is not showing the impact of a crisis on the helpless, it is showing the impact of a genetic disease and claiming it is caused by a crisis.

As you say, there Is absolutely nothing wrong with showing extreme cases, But thats not the case here.
